Tidying as a Tool (Community Workshop)

  • 96A The Esplanade Karragarra Island, QLD, 4184 Australia (map)

Life transitions can be exciting or scary. Feeling uncertain is common, and sometimes we don’t notice how much that uncertainty can affect us.

Whether you’re becoming a parent, raising young children, considering downsizing, or simply navigating a new chapter of life, support doesn’t always have to come from outside. Sometimes, it starts exactly where you are.

In this workshop, you’ll discover how tidying can become a practical tool for life transformation.

Through hands-on practice, we’ll explore how intentional tidying can help create clarity, stability, and a renewed sense of direction during times of change.

We are also joined by special guest Breathworker Caro Manins, who will guide us through a breathing journey into a state of inner stillness, helping us feel more grounded, calm, and connected in the face of change. Please wear loose clothing and bring a towel to lie on. Learn more about Caro, www.caromanins.com
